Job Responsibility

1. Collecting, organizing and submitting the users’ feedbacks in various ways.

2. Assisting other departments in the publication of online and offline activities and game notices.

3. Monitoring the server state and reporting any abnormal operation.

4. Discovering the players’ demands, organizing and submitting their comments to the related competent authorities, assisting all the related departments in giving feedbacks on treatment results and communicating with the players in a timely and accurate way.

Position Demand

1. A university degree or above. A female applicant with the prior experience in network game and forum management is preferred.

2. Cet 4 above is preferred.

3. Proficient use Microsoft Office, having basic knowledge and ability of Internet, and typing 60 words per minute above.

4. With good communication skills, and solve problem ability.

5. Good customer service consciousness, patient, careful, responsible, dealing with questions calmly, serious and responsible to safeguard the company image, and considering the player's interests.

6. Strongly teamwork ability, obey and cooperate with superior allocate, reasonable arrangement and complete own job.
